Questions everyone asks
Do I have to pay anything to leave?
You pay no fee — not at sign-up, not at departure. What's on you are your personal documents (criminal record, medical certificate, passport, translations). Housing and transport vary by job — check each listing for what's included. If someone asks you for money upfront, it isn't us.
Do I need a Romanian passport?
Not necessarily. With an EU passport you leave the fastest. But we also work with a Moldovan passport — many jobs accept it, and the employer arranges the work permit. Tell us what you have and we'll say exactly what fits you.
How do I know it's not a scam?
We work transparently: you sign a real contract with the employer before you leave. We never ask for money in advance, and your passport always stays with you.
When and how do I get paid?
Your salary comes from the employer, to your account, on the terms in the contract. The contract states exactly how much you get and when — you see it before you sign.
I have no experience and don't speak the language. Can I go?
Many jobs (warehouse, greenhouses, production) need neither experience nor language. We'll tell you honestly what fits you.
